Anyone have a good meatloaf recipe?

I need a good meatloaf recipe that someone has actually tried
the two ingredients that have to be part of it are ground beef and mushrooms.
peppers or celery cannot be part of it. other than that I am open to suggestions...

I'd replace the bell peppers it calls for with the same amount of mushroom and you should be in business. As is, it's fabulous. The glaze makes the dish.
