Dark blue. some time i should take a pic of my shirts, shoes, pants: almost all blue. I just love it. especially dark navy's. anyway. Black on blue is also good. But seriously what doesn't go with blue.

Burgundy. A nice rich, dark red.

Though I like a lot of colors. Mostly earth tones. Forest green. Dusky blue...

Oh, and, of course, I like both black and white...

I all depends on how I'm feeling - earth tones - saturated colors, what ever.

Although I do like blue more often than others - but all shades of blue. One that gets me is the blue in the water from the pic in my avatar. That and the blue in the melt ponds on glaciers.

Blue. But that was more because where I grew up (Denver in the 1980's) the Crips moved in... and anything green / red / brown was not really allowable :(

well, assuming it's the girl i plan on marrying right now, then yes, she's more eccentric than me... though her views of the wedding are a bit more "normal"... and thus, i'm not sure mine will fly. i also want to have a meat/alcohol free wedding. but i don't see that going down either (both our dads are drunkards, and her dad is a hunter.... ha!)

I think the neon purple would go great, just so long as its midrange to a bit dark, if its too light, it'll definately clash.

I see that we have a resident vegetarian! ;) Have you considered sparkling apple cider? I happen to think it is delicious. It looks like you are having champagne, but no ETOH!

ha. i don't think i'm the only one...

no, i haven't considered that. or anything else really... cause i know that our parents' and other relatives will need brewskis. i'd like to have a sober wedding where it's not about getting drunk but about actually enjoying the occasion. but alas, most people dont' see things the way i do.

what is ETOH?

ETOH is the medical short hand for alcohol.

It's your wedding after all jelloshotsrule, you and your lovely bride could decide on an ETOH free wedding. I think that in reality your guests would resepct that. You might just be pleasantly suprised. It's something to consider.

Has anyone ever considered that we all see colors differently? I was thinking and I figured that I could be seeing the direct oposite colors that you are seeing. For instance your black is my white, your green is my red, ect.

You probably have no idea what im saying, but its one of those things that makes you think...

Actually, I know exactly what you're talking about. However, I long ago decided that it does me no good to think about it, as I can't ever really know. I do know that, regardless of how we each perceive it, the same wavelength of light, say about 5100 A, is recognized as the same color, namely green. Maybe if my neural receptors could receive the signal from your optic nerve I'd perceive it as a different color, but that can never happen. (And, to top it off, it's quite likely that I wouldn't, as the physics and chemistry involved dictates that optic nerves, which are all virtually identical, respond in similar fashion to similar stimulus).

Okay, enough jabbering in sci-talk...
