Stuck Pixel in Photoshop only?

I have a weird issue here,

it seems that my soon-to-be returned (I requested a shipping label on Friday, of last week, haven't gotten it yet) is showing a stuck pixel (greys turn into red) ONLY in photoshop. I've ran Pixel check, on all three colours. seems fine.

can't be..... one pixel?

actually it is all across apps now. It's stuck to a certain range of level of greys.
