don't have a lot of time to critique right now...just taking a break between projects. :D
looks like a clean design, colors are interesting. how did you create this site? was it a template? it sort of has that feel to it. not saying that's a bad thing...sometimes simple is good. but i almost feel like some more personalization needs to take place, especially with the fonts. it's a little too plain and simple typographically.
in your nav, contributors is spelled wrong, and it should be "i'm good for the environment". :) thought you might want to know that! also, at the bottom of your home page, i get some extraneous text/code.

Hey guy.
Well the nagivation links on top are not aligned right when I hoover over them.
The blog navigation on the right is about one pixel off to the bottom. ( I don't know if you wanted it to look that way, but it just screams "hey look at me I am not aligned")
The text at the bottom is screwy
Good start though, I don't know of another 16 year old that can produce that kind of work. Just play around with fonts like essie stated. Good Job guy.

Way too wide. On a 1024x768 display, you have to scroll horizontally.

i was going to go with 1&1 for hosting, but then i found out that they were Canada and USA only :(. I see you are using the theme "possible" for RapidWeaver. You may be able to change the width and other options in the theme options panel (in the window menu);)

I just started using simpleviewer for a company who's website I'm redoing. It's pretty slick, but you might want to try editing it a bit, right now its just the standard setup. I'm assuming you didn't spend the $45 on the pro version, but still I think you can change the colors and stuff. See if you can make it more... "yours". Might even be worth investing the $45, though probably not, since you are looking for free hosting too. www.dot5hosting.com is a pretty good host (lots of features and great support) for pretty cheap if you don't mind spending $5 a month. Just a thought. Not bad though.
One thing I would suggest is for the drop down menus. When you mouse over a portion of the drop down menu, the color change at the top goes away, its kind of weird. See if you can get the color to stay at the top too.

I like your website layout and feel alot. One thing I noticed was that the downloads page did not load, it got stuck at 11 out of 12 items loaded. I don't know what you used for your website (HTML, PHP, ASP, etc...), but it looks alot like the PHP errors I get.
Good job though.
