Can someone help me out?? Whenever I turn on my computer I get the flashing question mark. I inserted my startup CD and I was going to archive and load an older version of OS X. I then realized it would not let me proceed because I only have 385 mb left on my hard drive and I need at least 2 gb. What should I do?

Get a live linux distro and try booting off that and deleting some files? that's all I can think of.. or maybe someone could walk you through a command line fix..

I will have to try the target mode tomorrow since I don't have a firewire cable here. Thanks!!

Just boot up holding "t" right now. If you get the little FW logo, you should be good. Tomorrow you can transfer enough stuff off it to get OSX back.
