cbrain macrumors 65816 Original poster Feb 2, 2007 #1 Hi. Whenether I try to put a new file into my applications folder I get told that the Applications Folder cannot be modified and I have the option to authencate. This never used to happen before. Something to do with disk permissions? Thanks.

WildCowboy Administrator/Editor Staff member Feb 2, 2007 #2 Are you running in an administrator account? Try repairing disk permissions in Disk Utility.
