Mobile Internet on MacBook

I work at a job where I have quite a bit of down time (sometimes). I would like to find a way to get internet. Unfortunately, I work in the middle of a large steel and concrete building. Until recently, we couldnt even get get our cell phones to work inside until Sprint put an antenna on top of the hangar.

So, with my MacBook, how do you I get online? I noticed Sprint has a USB wireless modem. Is it mac compatible?

Any suggestions?
