quickly changing display arrangement

Hi I’m constantly switching my display arrangement from my matchbook pro to my main monitor, I want to do this automatically somehow, I couldn’t work out how to do this with apple script as it doesn’t record when you are in the preferences panel. I’m just looking for something I can double click and the displays switch automatically. Could anyone help?

I'm looking for the same. I wonder if something like Diplay Watcher would do this?
