I'm thinking about upgrading to a XV6700. If I do, I will be selling my RAZR.
It's a V3c. I have the box, manual, and charger. The phone looks new, except for two TINY paint chips on the bottom corners. I didn't even know they were there until I just looked, it's just a little darker there.
This RAZR is running Verizon's latest firmware and has OBEX, meaning you can download/upload pictures, videos, and ringtones by going to Bluetooth>Browse Device. You don't have to pay $2/ringtone or $0.25 a picture or whatever other stupid things Verizon charges you for because they disable a phone's features.
