I'm primarily a Final Cut Pro user on my Mac.

How will the new Go Force Vid cards improve ormance over the ATI Rage 128? Editing/rendering wise... or is it mainly a Photoshop type improvement???

The increase in performance should probably be similar to the desktop version of the Rage 128 compared to the GeForce 2 MX, seeing how the GeForce2GO and MX are both lightweight versions of the GeForce2. Even with this fact the jump should be incredibly high.
I would look for benchmarks of the GeForce2GO on the PC side, though I'd expect a little better performance from our superior OS and hardware ;)
I was unable to find any on it, maybe you'll have better luck.
