Does anyone know whether the Sony Clie Palms work with Mac? On Sony's website it says Windows only, but it is a Palm OS handheld, so won't it work with Mac OS and Palm Desktop?

You would need to get additional software to get it to interface with you Mac.
PocketMac is available, but I didn't see the Sony product listed as being compatible. I would suggest emailing them and see if it will work or not. The url for the site is http://www.pocketmac.net/
