What is resolution of isight in macbook

I just saw a posting for a neat tweak to Skype to boost the video resolution from 320 x 240 to 640 x 480 - but

What is the max resolution of the built in iSight to the MacBook. I looked for tech specs on the apple sight and didn't see any description.
