WTF is up with google webmaster tools!?

Here is the deal. I have the website tominatedsoftware.com, and have a google account, so i decided to try out google webmaster tools. I managed to get it working on my old webhost, but now (on eboundhost), it says that when it tries to access the pages, it gets timeouts! anybody know what it going on?

That sounds odd, I looked it up and it didn't do it for me, but I don't know, then again sometimes it only does it to you, sounds bad but occasionally its true.
