Can someone explain to me why right in the middle of reading the latest Mac (macrumors.com) gossip is a damn ad for Windows Vista? Isn't this a Mac (Apple) information website? I can understand maybe Microsoft Office for Mac, but a Vista ad. Come on.

It looks like you haven't heard of Windows on the Mac? (http://www.apple.com/macosx/bootcamp)
Ads are based on stuff on the websites that they show up on. There's talk about computers here. And windows. Therefore, Vista ads.
Same thing with Windows Live ads.

The ads are provided by Google - not hand-picked by the MacRumors administrators.

Because it's related to the hottest rumor going from just about the most credible man in the business! In fact, this may very well be evidence to support the claim. You really oughta keep up. ;)
