I know a few but not many, and love the sound of the sitar. Any Suggestions?

If you want some electro-indian fusion, try Thievery Corporation (especially the album The Mirror Conspiracy)...

Its in the itunes store, and was the song in that Blackjack commercial for Cingular.

Go to http://www.cavedoll.com and check out their FREE MP3's section. There are some very interesting hybrid songs there. In particular ASOSA, CAROLINA EASTER, THE END OF THE BEGINNING, CALIFORNIA CALLGIRL, etc...
