EBAY & Safari-Country

I collect knives and use Ebay quite a lot as a source. When I switched to Safari, I bagan to get messages telling me that my country is restricted. Well, in IE, I was able to tell it that I'm in the US and it worked with Ebay.
Does anyone out there know how to tell Safari that I'm in the US?
