Should I cut my hair?

i just took this picture with my MBP. i just got out of the shower.

i usually have my hair cut really short (buzz cut), but lately i've let it grow. it's about as long as i've ever had it.

you think i should cut it? or let it keep growing? keep in mind that i never 'fix it' or anything, so it gets crazy when i wake up and then go straight to class

I don't know why people say long hair is more maintenance, I don't do anything to it besides washin' it. With short hair you have to keep it trim and gel it all the time (that's what I use to do).

when i shave my head, i do it myself (i get my girlfriend or mom to help a little with the trimmings and stuff in the back) so i don't spend any money on it.

I am in college and just wanted to see whats it like to have long hair. I am growing it 10 inches and then donating it to charity. Once I tell people this they are ok with it.

Wouldn't cut it too much, you've got a fairly strong jawline/chin and it balances that out.

where are men getting this idea? it's usually a horrible look. yes, some guys pull it off (ahem: leekohler) but not even nearly half of the heads I see shaved should ever see that close of a cut.

Partially inspired by this thread and partially inspired by the problems I've had with my hair getting all tangled I confided in a coworker that I was thinking of getting it corn-rowed.

I asked if I would look more Tupac(I thought he used to do the corn row thing) or Bo Derek. He said Kevin Federline so that whole idea is shot to hell now.

I would strongly advise against a shaved head. You need to be seriously over muscled to pull off the look as a caucasian without people asking if you're sick.

well i got it trimmed yesterday. i just went into greatclips and told the lady that i had an interview tomorrow, so just do what you think.......well that was a bad idea! :eek:

not only did she cut way too much off.....but it's like a 12-year-old hair cut! i did have my interview today though. it went pretty good.

i'll post a pic of it later tonight (not at my mac right now)

but now i'm thinking about buzzing it this weekend. after you see the pic, you might agree.....:eek:

well last time it was about as long as it ever has been. but now if i grow it out, i have to around looking like i do now, which i don't think is very good. maybe if some females make some comments on the new do
