Is there a Mac program to convert to ATRAC3?

I have a friends Sony player here he wants loaded.

The only program that i know of that will convert to Atrac is sonicstage, which is only on the PC. I have a sony mp3 player and wished that there was a program for mac for the one for the pc is terrible. So i think you're out of luck, but if something comes up i will like to hear about it.
