I'd really appreciate any links to nice photos of Greece and/ or if any members have any they're willing to share.
Purpose?
I need me some cheering up and figure what better way then to round up some photos of Greece (spent three weeks there and would love to go back) to use as wallpapers/ screensaver for my new MB (1280 x 800).
Thanks in advance. :)
BTW, I did do a search for Greece, and Greek on InterfaceLift, but only found three images.

But a lot of those don't get any bigger than 1024x768. Thanks, I'll keep sifting through flickr.
But I'm still hoping for some other members to chime in, too. :o
:edit: Ooh, I dunno... any sorts. Sure I'd love the classic coastline shots, or the classic white-washed buildings, but even close ups of doors, or streets, etc.
I just, really miss Greece. *jealous that you'll be there soon*
:another edit: This is what I have handy from when I was there last summer:

I know exactly where you are coming from. I was having a bad day on a freelance job once, until I was asked to gather photos of Greek Islands from a number of stock photo houses. Took me right back to my honeymoon.
My photos aren't digitized (yet), but you could try gettyimages.com, Corbis, Fotosearch.ca (these are the ones I remember using).
I hope this helps.
Edit: Sorry, just noticed your resolution requirements. Well, you never know, at least the search would be nostalgic.

This Greece obsession is contagious.
I'm going to pull out the photo album when I get home tonight. I found this web cam (http://www.travel-to-mykonos.com/webcamera/mykonos_webcam.php). It's a low resolution nighttime shot, but it's live! Desperate measures, to be sure.
It's funny how the combination of diesel and charcoal takes me back to the port on Santorini.
I hope you're feeling better soon. At least you aren't snowed under!
Cheers,

There is only one problem. There isnt a big collection. We went out with the bomb threats and they lost our luggage so we only had the camera for 2 days out of 14 as it took 12 days to get there. there are however a few shots which i can remember are good

Hi devilot, I've got a bunch of 8 megapixel RAW files from my trip to Greece last year that I'm happy to share. I can send you a couple of jpeg samples for space-saving, then you could tell me which larger ones you want. It might be easiest via PM if you like.
Edit:
Here's a sample of some of the better ones. Most of mine have pictures of me or my wife in them, so they're not as interesting for a background for you.
