Workout playlist suggestion?

Last night I bought a 2GB iPod Nano with the intention of using it to run/jog with. I didn't want to do that with my 60GB considering it's hard drive base and it could lower the life expectancy of the drive.

So I realized, I'm terrible at making playlist. Well I didn't just realize it, I always knew. I've had my Video iPod for over 6 months and never had a playlist, and I never had a reason just to buy/download 1 song. I like flipping through album art and not seeing any question marks! Haha.

So yea, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share there work out/motivation playlist with me?

Sounds like a good playlist, I'm pretty diverse when it comes to music.

I'd suggest checking out the Podrunner podcast. He makes up a 45-60 minute mix of electronic music, with different bpms to keep pace to. Really good stuff.

Assuming you're talking about jogging/biking. I don't use anything for weights. I love action soundtracks because they usually start slowly and then go to a maddening pace, often with a slight slowdown at the end. The pacing for Wheel of Fortune takes me to near death.:D
