is there a way, that u can back up all your programs in your application folder and in u system bar under others and transfer them 2 another mac computer under Tiger ... or u will just havet o download them all over again and stuff

Most applications can be transferred by simply dragging and dropping them over a network, or zip them up and stick them on a CD. Some applications with System components will not work with this. Any licenses etc will not transfer.

Apps I know DON'T work are Aperture, Parallels, Final Cut...
