iTunes launching on its own.....

This is rather weird...I have the latest version of iTunes, and whenever I quit, a couple minutes later, it will open up by itself. I can quit it again, and it won't do it again.

This seems to be random...sometimes, it will do it, sometimes, it won't. But it's rather annoying when it does do it. Anyone know what's causing it? At first, I thought maybe something was up with my iPod settings, causing iTunes to launch. But it just did it a few minutes ago and my iPod wasn't connected.
