uControl extension not loading at startup

I've been unable to get the uControl extension (1.3.2 on 17" PB OS X 10.2.5) to load at startup.

Error message says the extension is unsafe to load. Not too big of a problem, as I don't completely shut down/restart too often, but definitely an inconvenience.

i think this is how i fixed that. it was so long ago its hard to remember.

go into the control panel for ucontrol and go to the expert settings. click the button to load the extension. it will probably ask for a password. once its loaded make sure that the first two check boxes are checked. close system prefs. now logout and log back in and see what happens.

then again, you said it happens when you reboot. i honestly can't remember whether i have rebooted since i installed it or not.
