I do not have one for sale, but you didn't mention subscription. Being that you are looking for under $70 I'm guessing you are looking for something with a monthly subscription. I've seen broken ones with a lifetime subscription going for up to $300.

Yes I plan on paying for my own subscription, so I don't need (nor want) a device with a lifetime subscription.

Amazon has the dual tuner 80hr model (http://www.amazon.com/TiVo-TCD649080-Series2-Digital-Recorder/dp/B000ER5G58/sr=8-1/qid=1172164086/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/104-1282708-9582302?ie=UTF8&s=electronics) for $229 with a $150 rebate, so thats why I am looking at $70, preferably less.

I have one I was just going to sell, I'll send you pics and info as soon as I get home. It's a series 2 with a working (but non-tivo) wifi adapter.

Sorry, I didn't catch that it had to be dual tuner. Mine doesn't have that. Let me know if you could settle for one without it.

Gentlemen, I ended up getting one from CC tonight as I forgot I had a gift card for there. I still may be interested in another as I learn all about Tivo. So do send me your info and I will consider it.

Jomama, Thanks for the offering, but I didn't realize I would have to pay an additional $7/month per box. For now, we will stick with what we have. You may be able to bypass eBay if you list on Craigslist.
