Tech question on G3 models imac and ibook

Hi

I have a Imac SE DV 600 mhz DvD computer Graphite and I also have an I book clamshell 366mhz indigo 10 gb drive. In the I mac I have a 60 gig hardrive and of course maxed memory anyhow can I take out the 60 gig and put it into the clamshell or are the hard drives for each model different? would it cause issues or not? Has anyone done this??? thanks all
