I understand these command a great price. Exactly how much can I look towards getting for this? Interested in selling if the price is good.

Does this require a firmware patch for a B&W G3? Or can I just snap it in?

I have no clue. This is an original IBM G4. No Sonnet or Anything, so I'm unsure exactly. If you are interested, PM a price and I can drop it into my G3 and check.

Alright, sent. I didn't know they made OEM 450MHz G4 ZIF's though...I thought only the 350MHz model was a ZIF with the Sawtooths...unless this is from something else.
