Quicktime 6 WHEN!?!?!?

When is Quicktime 6 coming out. I have heard all about it but when is it coming out!? Also when is Quicktime Broadcaster coming out and where is the EXACT website I can download them from!? (I know Apple but where on it)

broadcaster won't be available until qt6 is available

QT6 will be available when the MPEG LA finalizes the licensing scheme for MPEG4 video distribution. Apple is withholding it until they are satisfied that the licensing won't be prohibitive to widespread adoption of the standard. Hopefully things will work out soon, because this technology looks amazing!

i believe mpeg4-LA said they hoped to come to an agreement in 3 to 6 months. This was said last month. And unfortunately they acted llike 3-6 months was fast and considered ideal circumstances...
