just wondering what utillities everyone uses and loves
for me its
A-dock (app launcher)
Kaleidoscope (scheme changer)
Finderpop(contextual menus)
Gravite (something fun for drag n drop)
Navi iRae (more contextual menus)
Power Windows (Like mac os x dragging windows effect)
Smooth Type (for my lucida grande font)
and TaskBar Menu(for the task bar menu)
there are heaps but this is what I use

some of those with OS 9 but Now I dont every boot into 9 anymore so... I havent really used them. I recently got my dad to move from OS 8.1 to 9.2.2. it was a big deal for him. I hooked him up with A-dock... very cool app.
I used A-dock and Kaleidoscope to make my OS 9 look like OS X when my old mac didnt have the disk space or the CPU to run OS X very well... now that I have OS X i dont need any of that stuff..

I can't live without:
TranparentDock
TinkerTool
Sharity
And I used to love Neatnik, back in the days when I used OS 9.

Ah good to see someone found taskmenubar. very cool app.
here are my osx utilities:
TurboMem
TransparentDock
CacheControl X
Memory Usage Getter
WinCompress
Mox Optimize
Memogram
Gmem
WindowShadeX
TinkerTool
XWirelessConfig
for OS 9:
WindowMonkey
taskmenubar
SmartScroll
NaturalOrder
TitleFree
OpcolourLite
ExtensionOverload
IconTools
iControl
Liquid
As you can see i use a lot of stuff. but i can get os9 to load in under a minute (on my 333mhz g3 with 66mhz bus) and osx is now pretty tolerable as far as speed goes.
