Trouble Upgrading Hard Drive

So I got my new Hitachi 160 GB HD today to install into my black book but I can not get the old drive to come out like it says in the macbook upgrade guide. my "White tab" is gray, but when I pulled on it it just came off, it didnt actually pull my drive, the so i set the tab back in its place....I dont know what to do though, I've never upgraded my hard drive in a laptop, let alone a mac. I replaced my hardrive last night also, and things went great. Sorry to hear the bad news. I would try and use a plastic plyers or something of that sort. Once you get it started it should come right out. I bet you can get it out. Shouldn't be to hard. Good luck!
