I just bought an iPod and it seems as if one of the prongs is messed up on my usb connector.
You know... those little metal spikes that stick out on each side of the connector. Well one of them does not stick out as far as the other... It also does not feel real tight when I plug it into my iPod.
My sisters dock connector does not look like this and does not feel like this.
(She also has a 5.5G)
Should I just call Apple for a replacement? Or what do you think I should do?
How do I contact Apple about this?
