Getting out of Windows?

I just installed windows on my macbook via bootcamp but now cant get out of windows, i tried restarting etc, but nothing. im sure this has a simple answer, i just cant figure it out yet.

Or, alternatively, if you can't even figure out which OS to boot from, hold down the Option key when you turn the computer on. It'll let you choose which OS to boot from.
