Playing espn video

I use OS 10.2... and have all the lastest downloaded version of quicktime. I've also downloaded realplayer and windohs media player, though I keep my quicktime as my default player. I can't open up the ESPN videos though. Any suggestions?

The video I found was Flash 6.

Also, I have noticed that ESPN is rather Windows centric (member of the GO network).
