Is it a ligament concern?

Anyway, corporations such as AT&T want to grab hold of the internet and turn into a more regulated media like TV.

Network neutrality can very well become a big issue. The internet is the idea that information should move freely and easliy from one person to another. Phone companies (among others) want it to be regulated so they can rape it for a profit.
