Male to Female DVI extention Cable for flat panel Display

I have a Question, I have a Apple Mac 20" Flat panel display with a DVI Male end on it .I want to get an Male to Female Extention DVI Cable and connect it to my Dell laptop which has a Female DVI plug on it,can anyone tell me online where I can purchase this with a part#any help would be greatly appreciated
