Unmount Windows?

Anybody know if there is a way to Auto unmount the Windows partition? I hate spotlight always taking so long to find my stuff because of my Windows files.

Not really an answer to your question, but you can add your Windows partition to the Privacy tab of the Spotlight preferences to exclude it from search and indexing.

This has been known to be flaky, where it still indexes ignored volumes.

OP, you can prevent volumes from mounting using fstab.
