why does itunes do this(well to me)

i dont know why my itunes bar thing always changes from normal to this. Is it my gma i dont know. BTW i have a macbook core duo 2 gb of ram. If you cnt really see it srry i did my best. The whole point is that the slider changes from clean to fuzzy😡 it ticks me off alot please help!!!
