Multiple apps in the "Open With" menu

I've just noticed that I have two or three occurrences of the same application in my Open With menu. I don't know what is causing it or how to get rid of it. Any suggestions?

Do you have multiple copies of the app somwhere?

Nope. I checked that first.

Every single app that the file can be opened with. There are multiples of all.

Figured it out. I had to reset Launch Services.

All is well on my iBook again.

Well, I thought all was well. This problem came back again. Lovely. At least I know how to fix it now.
