Why do I get these files??

Each time i start up my computer I find these files in my Macintosh HD folder/drive ? I do not know what they mean and I always delete them but they keep coming back!

help!

I thought only these types of things happen with windows computers...

That's not OS X ...some other piece of software is doing that.

Do you have any scanner software/drivers installed?

I have an HP psc 1210 installed which does both printing, scanning, and copying

Yeah, they look like temporary scanner files. Is this the folder your scanning software is set to save your images to? 🙂
