I think it's over complicating something which really doesn't need any more gizmos.
Ill be quite miffed if they try and pack loads more stuff in the 6G because it will puch the price up even more.
I just want a does.exactly.what.it.says.on.the.tin mp3 player ... i admit the ability to play videos on it is nice, but im not overly bothered.

6G, no. 7G, yes. i think apple will milk the iPhone sales for a year or so before bringing in similar interface technology to just an iPod.

i'm of the mind that the iPod would be fine without it...but that's just me and my non-complicated tastes!
