I just my copy of windows Vista ultimate. This is not an OEM version but does not come with the retail box. It was purchased as part of the Intel Retail edge. I may want to keep it for my self, but i am open to offers considering just bought a new car and need some money.

Well it retails for $379 on newegg so I would assume asking $300-325 would be reasonable.

Are you sure you're allowed to resell that if it came as part of a package like that? A lot of these discs say "not for resale" Just making sure. :)

It does say not for resale.
Update listing:

Does that make it legit?

Actually, no. Thinking that you can overthink a lawer isnt a good idea. But to me more anal about it, its not illegal to sell the copy. The problem is that you are doing a breach of contract and expose yourself to civil lawsuit.
Your choice. And let me guess... Vista is still installed onyour computer?:(
