apple care

does any one know to what extent the apple care covers the equipment. what i mean is how bad was a computer broken(or how bad di you break it) and did the apple care take care of it.

AppleCare only covers manufacturoring faults and system software help.

Its only covrage for normal wear and tear, not breakage, and not plastics. It has paid for it's self time and time again. I am hard on my equipment, and though my iBook has held up better than the 10+ laptops that I have previously owned, it still has seen some use. Search for AppleCare threads on this site. There is a lot that has been writen about it, most of it positive.
