If you're talking an iBook (G3), then I have three drives, 20GB, 30GB, and 60GB, so far I'm offering them to techound1 and if she doesn't want any of them, you can take your pick.

You are talking about me, I think. 40GB 5,400RPM 8MB Hitachi that is absolutely brand new and untouched for $40. The original recipient decided to be difficult / not purchase and I have never even opened the original shipping box it was in. This is going for $52 shipped on Newegg.com right now. Annoys me that I have to lose anything but my mistake in trusting this customer is your gain. $1 per 1GB.
