searching for a UI designer / CSS guru

I am looking for a UI designer / designer / CSS guru who can build the "skin" for a website based on a PS mockup. The person has to do all the CSS and also provide usability feedback. Experience in multiple browser platform is key ... the person is a mac user obviously :)

If the person lives in Austin, it'll be golden!

Where do I find someone like that? ... Craigslist and Monster returned little. If you know someone or you are the person, send me a PM. Obviously we don't believe in free labor so it is a paid gig.

Try posting in a css/web standards community site like stylegala.com or cssbeauty.com. You'll have a lot more luck there. But you may not find an over-qualified designer willing to take someone else's mockup and just build it. Half the fun is missing and working with someone else's layout can be a potential nightmare depending on how good it is.
