Apple's Motion Graphics

I was sitting at the Genious bar, and was watching the demos they show on their monitors showing tips on mail, safari, keyboard shortcuts etc.

Anyone know what program they use to put this all together? I am thinking it is a combination of final cut and livetype, but could be wrong!

Most likely. But if you are really curious, you could ask one of the genius bar people, they might know.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are using Motion 2 (http://www.apple.com/finalcutstudio/motion/).
