Mac PC external hard drive sharing

I have a Mac and i used it to format my external hard drive to the Mac OS X Extended Journal file system. How can I have my PC access the content on the hard drive w/o erasing anything?
 
You can share the disk from MacOS X. Have your Windows computer access it through MacOS X over the network.
