Got to repair a printer at an Apple Store today.

In addition to doing Dell warrantee work my company also does Lexmark printer repair work. Today I repaired an Apple Store's printer in their back room. Got to listen in on one of their conference calls. hehe. All I know is that their work area for repair work is surprisingly small, yet organized. 😀
