Dialog Box Question

This drives me bananas..hopefully someone will have a solution..

whenever a dialog box such as this:

shows up, how do i tab around to the various options so i don't have to use
the mouse.

I think you have to go into System Preferences | Keyboard & Mouse | Keyboard Shortcuts and click the "All controls" button at the bottom.

Then you should be able to tab around that dialog box and press SPACE to select the one you have highlighted.
