More Spotlight Crap

How come, if I type "104" into Spotlight, and it brings up a list of files which include "104", then I select one called "3104.jpg", it shows me "1344.jpg" in my iPhoto Library? This is (a) insane, and (b) useless. 🙁 😡 😕
