Will Apple fix this?

My MBP's screen is loose. I can't have it open where it's almost closed (like 4" from closing), it just falls and closes! and it feels loose.

also, I have the fan problem, but the noise is very faint (not like the videos I've seen on youtube)

I don't have applecare but it's still under warranty (bought in dec). how long would it take?

I would give Apple a call, and I would guess that they would more than likely take a look at it, if not fix the problem entirely.

just called them. they said they'd fix it :).

apprently i have to make a backup of my stuff..:/

edit: do I have to send in my battery also?
