This might be crossing forum-boundaries, a mix of Peripherals and Apps, but does anyone know of an application that can store text messages from my Motorola E398? I remember someone mentioned to me once but I can't seem to find the thread again. I've just gotten a new phone but I have some very personal text messages on this old one that I'd like to keep and I was wondering if there was any way I could do that?? 🙁

Thanks in advance.

Aha! It was you! And it was that application!

Thanks =)

Hmm.. if only it was free... but maybe I can find a way around that...

There is a free trial period, after that it's only about $20 I think. It should at least give you enough time to get the messages off your 'old' phone and maybe try it out with your new phone too.

There is also a beta version of BluePhoneElite2, for which you need a BPE1 activation code. Probably not worth upgrading unless your new phone runs the Symbian OS.

Although the program is a bit clunky I use BitPim. My phone is completely unsupported for mac and this was the best way for me to get all information from my phone, and best of all, its free
